Brick Farm Market was established in 2013 to make available to the public the high-quality farm fresh produce and products of Double Brook Farm in Hopewell. Located in the beautiful 1930’s brick Malek Chevrolet building on East Broad Street, the store sells locally sourced products and has a restaurant, a butcher shop, cheese shop, coffee and juice bar and a bakery. The owners work to incorporate the most environmentally sustainable practices into their operation from the careful selection of seeds on the farm and use of clean energy, to composting; the store and tavern sell farm to market to table.
Owners Jon and Robin McConaughy preside over this ambitious operation with care You can taste the freshness. Meat comes from pasture-fed cattle and sheep raised on Double Brook Farm. The creamy cheeses are brought in from the Hopewell area and the nearby Northeastern producers. The customer can also purchase a large number of ready-to-eat foods made daily at the store, as well as cured meats and sausages, chocolate, honey, and more.
