Dan Penny has been a paid assistant for the Farmers’ Market for the past four years. The son of former president of MFOS, Mary Penny, Dan will be starting his freshman year at college next week. He has been an unfailingly pleasant and dependable presence at the Farmers’ Market every summer during his High School career. Lorette Pruden, Market Manager, and Maxine Baicker, board member and Market Committee chairman, presented Dan with a token of their appreciation on his last day. We will all miss Dan, and we wish him all the best as he starts this exciting next phase of his life.
