Nature’s Healing Powers with Terry Lynch

November 5 @ 2:00 PM - 3:00 PM EST

Free

Event Navigation

Stress and anxiety can be overwhelming, however studies show that just stepping outside can do a body good.  The power of the sun, the briskness of the breeze, and a sharp intake of air connects us to our surroundings, grounds us and restores us.

Terry Lynch has been associated with the New Jersey Sierra Club for many years.  She brings her personal experiences and love for the outdoors to this walk.

We meet in the parking lot across the street from the trailhead on Montgomery Road, Rocky Hill.    From 206, turn onto Montgomery Road.   Drive approx. .4 mi.  Turn into a parking lot driveway on the right just before the driveway for Stonebridge at Montgomery.    Park in the lot.

The Wildflower Walk has been postponed to next Sunday, October 8. The Lecks are still leading the walk and we hope to see some Monarch butterflies on their annual migration south. Watch this page for updates.
