Birding with Brad Merritt

September 3 @ 10:00 AM - 11:00 AM EST

Free
As summer comes to a soggy close we seek out our airborne neighbors.  Have they started to get ready for cooler temperatures?

Rocky Hill resident Brad Merritt, authority on local birds, can answer this and other questions. on this walk through Cherry Brook Preserve.

Brad is a bird lover who has organized and led field trips for the Washington Crossing Audubon Society for many years. He is enthusiastic about sharing his experience and knowledge. Bring binoculars and wear appropriate  boots and outerwear.  Trails may be muddy.

We meet at Cherry Brook Preserve, Pine Brae entrance.  From Route 518 (Georgetown-Franklin Turnpike), turn onto Pine Brae Drive.  Stay to the right at the fork.  Entrance will be on the left. Near the Lenape Swim Club.

The Wildflower Walk has been postponed to next Sunday, October 8. The Lecks are still leading the walk and we hope to see some Monarch butterflies on their annual migration south. Watch this page for updates.
