Market Focus: Brick Farm Market

Brick Farm Market was established in 2013 to make available to the public the high-quality farm fresh produce and products of Double Brook Farm in Hopewell. Located in the beautiful 1930’s brick Malek Chevrolet building on East Broad Street, the store sells locally sourced products and has a restaurant, a butcher shop, cheese shop, coffee and juice bar and a bakery. The owners work to incorporate the most environmentally sustainable practices into their operation from the careful selection of seeds on the farm and use of clean energy, to composting; the store and tavern sell farm to market to table.
